Work ethic. The team turn up at 7am on the dot everyday, they work hard and it’s very easy to see the progress daily. On the very odd occasion they are on another job you get prior warning and comms. You can’t ask more than this!!! The guys were on other jobs 2 days out of 4 months on our last job.

Quality. We’ve now done 3 major projects and can honestly say we haven’t had any issues. On the minor issue we did have, which was entirely our issue Paul came round on Boxing Day to try and help us. Leaking roof, not his fault came round to help. When we bought our forever home Paul visited the site to offer advice and support on what could be done. The list can go on and helpful and supportive advise that everyone at some point needs.
